Changes
I wanted to update my review since so many changes have taken place. This property has undergone major renovations for the better! During all of this a lot has been put on the staff here. That is Jamie, Kelly, and Ernest…what a wonderful team they are and I enjoy my interactions with all 3 of them. Their interactions on the daily make this the home it is for so many. It is home for me now and if I have to live in Nevada then this was definitely a great choice for me. Thank you to the 3 who make it enjoyable.

I am beyond grateful to the kindness of the Entire staff here at River Run. Jamie, Kelly, and Ernest have made my transition from a huge house to this one bedroom apartment a joy. They are professional, friendly, and so helpful! I am a 3rd generation living here so I have seen it grow and when Covid hit, become an empty building. It made my heart happy to see VOA come in and then the new owner. The remodel has been much needed and I look forward to the completion.

Super cute remodels
First I’m pretty sure this will be 5 stars after all the renovations are completed!! Moved my Brother in law in for safety of a single story and the cute remodeling in the apartment. His second story a few blocks away was dangerous! Jamie the manager is super easy to deal with !! Look forward to upping this to five stars
