APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Boulder City

I recently made a swift life turn and found myself at the River Run Senior Apartments in Boulder City, NV. My first point of contact was Jamie, the very able manager, who took me through the place and showed me several available units of different sizes and shapes. The tour was thorough, the facilities clean, and security was top notch. After a week or less, my application, which was straightforward, was completed, and I was able to move in. This is a 55+ set-up on a single level, so very suitable for people with ambulatory issues or just folks who don't prefer stairs or elevators. The condition is immaculate, the rooms high-ceilinged, and mine, at least, has both air conditioning, ceiling fans, and the windows can also be opened (one has fly/mosquito wire). The complex has ample parking front and rear, some of it under cover, and access at night requires a code, while during the day a special card is needed. The complex is very well maintained by a full time, friendly gentleman with broad knowledge, and the frontage presentation (a variety of plants and rocks) is impressive. There is a a strong "community" spirit here, residents are friendly, and the design allows for several common areas with TV's, games, access to internet (if you don't have your own), and some office services such as printing. The overall vibe is also chilled and peaceful. As overseen by an extremely enthusiastic manager (Jamie), River Run is a well run enterprise three minutes drive or 10-15 minutes' walk from Boulder City's unique downtown precinct.

It was very clean, very conplex, nice people they were very friendly. The staff Jamie & Ernest was very friendly and professional. Especially Jamie I really enjoyed my stay.

We moved in June of last year and have absolutely loved living herethe whole time ! Jamie in the office helped us with our applications andthe entire move in process. The property is always so clean and well maintained, we have alot of indoor amenities to use at our leisure like the media room and game room, we never have to wait to use a washer in the laundry room. We plan on calling river Run home for a long time we love boulder city.

I love my little apartment. Jamie and Ernest are the best and have taken such good care of me. I looked at a few other places and just didn’t feel the home feeling you get like you do here. My neighbors are great and I enjoy walking around the community, it’s so clean and I love all the remodeling they have done.

What a nice place to call home! From my first meeting with Jamie the manager at River Run, I knew this would be a the perfect place. Jamie was so kind and was extremely helpful with everything. It’s always a little stressful moving places but Jamie made it so easy! She was easy to get a hold of and always took care of any questions we had promptly! The rooms are newly renovated and have all stainless steel appliances. There is a full gym with state of the art equipment which was nice. We also used meals on wheels which delivered meals Monday through Friday! If anyone is looking for a senior apartment with great vibe, this is a wonderful place to call home. All the residents look out for each other and are so helpful and kind. I would highly suggest this for anyone that is looking for a clean, safe, and kind place. If you are unfamiliar with Boulder City, it is one of the best places in America to retire in! So many great restaurants, the lake is 5 minutes away, and there are many conveniences not far. No reason to go to Las Vegas unless you are flying out of town! Definitely ask for Jamie! She is the best! She will make your transition to River Run apartments seem less!

Highly Recommend River Run Apartments – Jamie is Amazing! We recently helped our dad move into River Run Apartments and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The property manager, Jamie, went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly responsive to every call and email, always friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful while we got everything sorted out for him. The apartments themselves are freshly updated with modern finishes, and the entire building looks and feels brand new. Everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained – from the hallways to the grounds. It’s clear the team here takes a lot of pride in the property. If you’re looking for a clean, updated, and well-managed place in Boulder City, River Run is a fantastic choice. Jamie and the staff truly make you feel like family. This senior apartments is a great place for my mom to live-clean, safe, and well-maintained. The manager is friendly and always willing to help, and the community atmosphere makes it easy to feel at home. Amenities are convenient, and the location is quiet yet close to everything. Highly recommend.
