What a nice place to call home! From my first meeting with Jamie the manager at River Run, I knew this would be a the perfect place. Jamie was so kind and was extremely helpful with everything. It’s always a little stressful moving places but Jamie made it so easy! She was easy to get a hold of and always took care of any questions we had promptly! The rooms are newly renovated and have all stainless steel appliances. There is a full gym with state of the art equipment which was nice. We also used meals on wheels which delivered meals Monday through Friday! If anyone is looking for a senior apartment with great vibe, this is a wonderful place to call home. All the residents look out for each other and are so helpful and kind. I would highly suggest this for anyone that is looking for a clean, safe, and kind place. If you are unfamiliar with Boulder City, it is one of the best places in America to retire in! So many great restaurants, the lake is 5 minutes away, and there are many conveniences not far. No reason to go to Las Vegas unless you are flying out of town! Definitely ask for Jamie! She is the best! She will make your transition to River Run apartments seem less!

Highly Recommend River Run Apartments – Jamie is Amazing! We recently helped our dad move into River Run Apartments and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The property manager, Jamie, went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly responsive to every call and email, always friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful while we got everything sorted out for him. The apartments themselves are freshly updated with modern finishes, and the entire building looks and feels brand new. Everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained – from the hallways to the grounds. It’s clear the team here takes a lot of pride in the property. If you’re looking for a clean, updated, and well-managed place in Boulder City, River Run is a fantastic choice. Jamie and the staff truly make you feel like family. We’re so grateful and would recommend this complex to anyone! Thank you, Jamie – you made a big life transition so much easier for our dad!

This senior apartments is a great place for my mom to live-clean, safe, and well-maintained. The manager is friendly and always willing to help, and the community atmosphere makes it easy to feel at home. Amenities are convenient, and the location is quiet yet close to everything. Highly recommend.

I LOVE living here. I love it so much I put butterflies on my door. If you come for a tour, ask for Jamie. I came for a tour with a long list of questions, and by the time Jamie was done showing me around, she had answered every one, and that speaks to her expertise at managing properties. She really knows her stuff. As a property manager, she is approachable, professional, and friendly. She works hard to make herself available for residents, plan special events, and frankly, I know of no other apartments where the manager does that. Ernest, facility manager, is one of the kindest folks you’ll meet. No matter the complaint, he always greets everyone with a wide smile, and an energetic vibe. Honestly, how he manages everything around here is beyond me, he must be part super-hero. River Run is quite lucky to have Jamie and Ernest, they take excellent care of the buildings and the residents. The buildings used to be assisted living, which is actually a positive, because there’s one floor, and all the apartments were renovated. My studio is brand spanking new! The doors are wide, so moving in was easy peasy. The hallways are carpeted and quiet. The common areas are tastefully decorated, with HUGE TV’s, soft comfy furniture, puzzle tables, and games galore (and there are a lot of common areas). The outdoor common areas are landscaped beautifully. There are BBQ grills, and even a meat smoker! Boulder City is just a lovely town. Doctor offices, and the hospital are literally right next door. Did I mention Boulder City has a monster museum? Heck yes it does! You won’t be sorry living here, so be sure to get a tour, and ask for Jamie.

I just moved to Vegas from Hawaii and I needed to find a place to live before I started work and my niece sent me a link to this property. I went to tour the property and met this Amazing person named Jamie. She was professional, friendly and very informative. I put in my app and got in. She was a big help in my time of need and went above and beyond to help me get a roof over my head. I will be forever grateful 🙏 for Jamie. Now everyday after work I look forward to seeing her smile and sometimes small chats. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Jamie for all you do for us!! ❤️

I came to visit this property with my parents. As if helping to senior people find a place to live isn’t daunting enough! I had the pleasure of meeting a woman named Jamie who was so helpful and made that visit extremely refreshing. She was patient and answered all the questions my parents had. Jamie, if you see this i hope the next few places we visit suck so i can convince my parents to come back there! Fingers crossed. Thank you.

I wanted to update my review since so many changes have taken place. This property has undergone major renovations for the better! During all of this a lot has been put on the staff here. That is Jamie, Kelly, and Ernest…what a wonderful team they are and I enjoy my interactions with all 3 of them. Their interactions on the daily make this the home it is for so many. It is home for me now and if I have to live in Nevada then this was definitely a great choice for me. Thank you to the 3 who make it enjoyable.
